CertifHy Stakeholder Platform - Plenary Session 2026

Tuesday, 24 November 2026 | 09:00–18:30 Thon Hotel EU, Wetstraat/Rue de la Loi 75, Brussels 1040, Belgium

Theme of the Session:

Manufacturing Trust, Together

Join the CertifHy Stakeholder Platform Plenary on 24 November 2026 for a full day exploring how trust in renewable and low-carbon hydrogen certification is built, maintained and continuously strengthened through collaboration across the certification ecosystem.

Following more than one year of operational certification under the CertifHy EU RFNBO Voluntary Scheme, this year's Plenary will focus on the practical experience emerging from the implementation of the CertifHy certification schemes and the next steps in their evolution. Throughout the day, Economic Operators, Certification Bodies, Compliance Technology Providers, policymakers and other stakeholders will exchange lessons learned, discuss implementation challenges and explore how the certification ecosystem continues to evolve.

Beyond the conference sessions, the Plenary is where the CertifHy community connects, collaborates and helps shape the future evolution of the Scheme—including the election of the new Steering Committee.

What to Expect

Throughout the day, hear practical insights from across the hydrogen certification ecosystem:
  • Regulatory perspectives on the evolving framework for renewable and low-carbon hydrogen.
  • Certification Bodies and auditors sharing lessons from more than one year of certification activities.
  • Compliance Technology Providers demonstrating how digital tools and data infrastructure support trusted certification.
  • Economic Operators and off-takers presenting practical experience from the field.
  • Working Group members and sponsors showcasing practical use cases and collaborative solutions.
The day will conclude with the election of the new CertifHy Stakeholder Platform Steering Committee by Stakeholder Platform Members.
